Definition¶
The number of sessions on an organization website in which a designated key event occurred within a defined period, as measured by Google Analytics 4.
Description¶
Key events are the current Google Analytics 4 interface term for what the underlying API field (conversions) and earlier versions of Analytics called conversions. This is a website-behaviour signal (for example a form submission or demo request) and is distinct from sales.conversion_rate, which measures CRM funnel-stage progression.
